Delivery and Returns
All of our Clothing and Accessories are Design and handmade in our London studio.
Normally we aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days but during busy periods such as the run up to Christmas, we ask our customers to please allow up to 10 working days before the dispatch of your item from placing your order. Custom-made item, it will take 14 days for it to be sent to you after your order is placed. Please check the size chart to choose the right size. If you need any measurements adjusted, please contact us.
If you need your order at short notice or for a specific date then please contact us and we may be able to fast track it for you.
Will tracking be provided?
As soon as your order is dispatch, you will receive a notification email with tracking details.
UNITED KINGDOM: Delivery time 1 working day STANDARD: £ 10 // EXPRESS £ 13
EUROPE EU: Delivery time 1-2 working days - STANDARD: £ 15 // EXPRESS £ 17
USA, CANADA & MEXICO: Delivery time 1-3 working days - £ 20
REST OF THE WORLD: Delivery time 1-4 working days - £35
Please note: We do not currently ship to Sweden or Italy
Customs Tariffs:
We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed via customs entering the destination country. For orders outside the UK, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any additional charges that may be requested by customs.
Packaging:
Your items will arrive beautifully packaged in a Conchita Perez branded box.
Please rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely for transit.
Returns:
If you have any questions or complaints about a product or want to return an item and end the contract, please contact us at info@conchitaperez.com with your order number and specify the details of the complaint or return.
Returns are valid if the following still applies:
- Returned within 14 days of receipt.
- In original, unused, unaltered, unwashed conditions.
- Has original tags and packaging.
Cost of the return postage is to be covered by customer.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our returns policy.
We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit, when your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued.
Once we receive the items, a refund will be issued within 28 days from receipt of the return to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded.
